Unfortunately for reasons out of our control abseils occasionally have to be postponed due to bad weather and this is solely for your safety. If this is the case we will endeavour to re-schedule your abseil.
We will only postpone an abseil due to bad weather such as high wind levels on the abseil platform, heavy rain or an electrical storm. We constantly monitor the weather in the lead up to an abseil and will keep you updated in advance if we feel that weather may affect your event.
Due to health and safety reasons, participants cannot bring their own GoPro cameras. However, there is the option to upgrade your ticket to include GoPro footage using a Wire & Sky GoPro.
The ArcelorMittal Orbit is open to the public from 10am – 6pm between April 1 2015 and September 30 2015, and 11am – 5pm between October 1 2015 and March 31.
