The ArcelorMittal Orbit is operated by ENGIE UK, and owned by the London Legacy Development Corporation. Both organisations are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. This policy (together with our website terms of use, ticket order Terms and Conditions and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.   2. in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;
