The ArcelorMittal Orbit is operated by Orbit Live Ltd, and owned by the London Legacy Development Corporation. Both organisations are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. This policy (together with our website terms of use, ticket order Terms and Conditions and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Both the venue owner – the London Legacy Development Corporation – and,the venue operator – Orbit Live Ltd – have access to the information collected by this website. AKA, a marketing supplier procured by the London Legacy Development Corporation have access to Google Analytics anonymised data.

  1. to the extent that we are required to do so by law;
  2. in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;

Except as provided in this privacy policy, we will not provide your information to third parties.

(6) SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will take appropriate technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
