Media Visits

We are happy to consider requests for tickets from members of the media wishing to write a review of the ArcelorMittal Orbit and The Slide. A maximum of four tickets will be granted per request and all press visits must be arranged at least two days prior to the day of your visit.

The Press Office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, so in order to fulfil weekend and Bank Holiday visits, requests need to be made by noon on a Thursday. Successful requests will be confirmed by email and we reserve the right to turn down requests during busy periods.

Media tickets are only valid on the day they are received and do not include entrance to any other venue at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. If you require an interview for your article, please request this in advance through the Press Office.

For more information please download our full ArcelorMittal Orbit Media Ticket Policy.

Filming & Photography

We work with Film London and are happy to accommodate filming and photography requests from producers of Hollywood blockbusters, small budget independent films, news broadcasts or one-off photo shoots. All filming requests must be made at least 10 working days prior to the filming date.

All filming will be subject to a location fee which is determined on a case by case basis depending on how disruptive the filming will be to the normal operation of the attraction.

We are happy to consider requests to film on The Slide, however this can only be carried out using a chest-mounted GoPro camera under the supervision of a member of the press office and must take place outside of opening hours.

For more information, please download our ArcelorMittal Orbit Filming & Photography Information Sheet.
